How Authentic is Your Voice?

What is the most important quality you need to embrace in order to have a fertile, prosperous business?

When I first started in business, I would probably have answered that question with something that related to a business skill. What I’ve learned, though, in my last 11 years in business is the most important quality is authenticity.

What do I mean by authenticity?

To me, authenticity is about having an intimate understanding and love of your gifts, talents, connection to your purpose and the Divine, and having the courage to speak from that place.

This is not a task for the faint of heart!

Speaking from a place of authenticity creates a sense of vulnerability. You are putting YOU out there for all to see.

This is why I included the word “love” in the description. To be able to speak authentically, you must have a deep love and belief in your own value. This deep love and belief will sustain you when you inevitably run into someone who perhaps doesn’t agree with your viewpoint.

The gift of stepping into authenticity is a huge one: you now stand in a vibration that attracts to you those people whom you are meant to serve. You stand in a vibration that draws those ideal clients who are eager to work with you. You stand in a vibration that allows prosperity to flow in many, many fun ways.
