Nope, consistency is not the sexiest of topics.
And yet, when we know what to be consistent about and how to be consistent with it, we take gigantic steps towards having what we want.
Most of us would nod our heads along with the truism: consistency is important to get what you want.
Of course, doing what we need to do on a regular basis is important:
If you want to lose weight, consistently eating what your body is asking for and exercising will be important.
If you want to have an abundant garden, consistently weeding and watering, and nurturing well-planted seeds will be important.
If you want to engage with Universal laws, having a consistent mindset (whatever that really means) is important.
But I would also argue that how we have been taught about consistency and the way we go about consistency actually keeps us from getting the things that we most want. Particularly those things that we want that we have tried and tried and tried to get, but haven’t yet been successful.
