Creating wealth amidst the chaos

I’ve been having some really, really human moments over the last few weeks.

A little too much paying attention to the news.

Feeling overwhelmed by the cruelty and disconnection of many of our nation’s leaders.

How can I continue to talk about creating wealth when wealth appears to have an inverse relationship with kindness and compassion?

At some point it occurred to me that I have tools for this 😉 Isn’t it interesting how blind we become when we are disconnected?

I started by discharging the feelings of rage. Helplessness. Frustration. I could finally breathe again.

From this pocket of peace, I remembered what I actually teach.

Wealth as an outgrowth of connection.
Wealth as an outgrowth of divine love.
Wealth as an outgrowth of wholeness.

Not as an outgrowth of pain and suffering.
Not as an outgrowth of needing power over.
Not as an outgrowth of proving.

Yes, the outcome is wealth – wealth of money, time, love.

But when we plant a desire for wealth from a place of fullness, rather than lack – when we plant the seeds of wealth from a place of wholeness within ourselves, the actions we take with that wealth create community, create for the good of the whole.

Don’t get me wrong. We still get to create wealth for ourselves, but not at the expense of others.

This is the time to double down on your personal connection.
This is the time to double down on leading your personal money relationship.

Because when we act from personal connection and personal leadership, we will create wealth (and all the other elements of abundance) in a brand new way, the likes of which this world has never experienced.
